KUSC's Rich Capparela is our Master of Ceremonies and will introduce the winners of our Artists of Tomorrow Competition who will be performing at our next concert on May 16, 2010.
Our assistant conductor, Cary Belling, will conduct violinist Armen Anassian in his performance of the J.S. Bach Concerto for Violin and String Orchestra in D Minor BWV 105. Brad Cohen, our First Clarinestist who also regularly performs with the Beach Cities and Rio-Hondo Symphonies, will play the Clarinet Concerto in A Major by Mozart. Michael Masters, who has toured worldwide, will perform the Violoncello Concerto in B Minor by Dvorak. Soprano Bonnie Bowden, who has graced stages across the globe for over 25 years, will perform as well.
